Hey there party people. Well this feature hasn’t really been weekly so far, but I just want to get some of these up so you can hear some new bands! Vampire Weekend is a band that was formed in New York, NY. The band has the basic indie rock four member formula: Ezra Koenig (lead vocals, guitar), Rostam Batmanglij (keyboard, guitar, vocals), Chris Tomson (drums), and Chris Baio (bass guitar). The bands self titled album debuted earlier this year. Vampire Weekend has a very pop sound that is catchy and easy to like.
